Honoring a Legacy at Mattson

This year, we gathered for our annual holiday celebration, but it was equally tearful as it was filled with joy and laughter as we honored Doug Berg on his retirement as VP, Group Manager, commemorating an extraordinary 33-year career at Mattson. Doug’s leadership, curiosity, and commitment has left a lasting legacy on our culture and work. We’re grateful for his impact and wish him continued success and fulfillment in his next chapter. It is entirely likely that you’ve consumed something developed by Doug.
