Based on our raw material discovery, we create ingredient applications across a range of high-potential food and beverage categories. We assess the ingredient’s performance vs. best-in-class industrial competitors. We may augment our lab work with expert interviews of potential customers for the ingredient to gather recommendations for refinements to better deliver on the needs of target applications.
