We are proud to announce a new collaboration with The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) — the world’s leading culinary education institution — to explore how artificial intelligence can transform culinary creativity, food innovation, and professional learning.

As part of this collaboration, the CIA will serve as the exclusive launch partner for MattsonIQ™, our new AI platform designed specifically for food industry professionals. MattsonIQ enables deeper exploration of ingredients, cuisines, and nutrition, helping professionals uncover insights and accelerate innovation faster than ever before.

At the same time, we are launching the Mattson AI Lab @ the Culinary Institute of America, where Mattson and CIA faculty and students will work together to apply AI directly inside real culinary and innovation workflows.

This is not theoretical experimentation — it is real-world exploration of how AI can augment culinary creativity and accelerate the development of new food ideas.
