Annie’s, the beloved better-for-you kids food brand, aimed to strengthen its position as moms’ preferred choice by offering healthier dinner solutions. Mattson led Annie’s on a co-creation journey including immersion, qualitative and quantitative consumer insights, concept development and food modeling to create a pipeline of healthier meal concepts. The result was the successful launch of the leading product platform, One Pot Pasta with Hidden Veggies, in July 2019, followed by the Cheesy Rice with Hidden Veggies platform in the summer of 2020.
