Mattson collaborated with Florida’s Natural to drive growth by utilizing their innovation expertise from strategy to commercialization, including integrating consumer insights. They identified a strategic market opportunity, developed concepts into prototypes, and refined these with a Consumer Guidance Panel’s qualitative insights. Furthermore, Mattson facilitated a brand strategy workshop, identified a co-manufacturer, and led product scale-up efforts. This comprehensive approach culminated in the launch of the blum line in early 2021, with its first production occurring in 2020.
