Kazoo’s mission is to reduce food waste by upcycling a food-grade corn germ into tasty, sustainable snacks. They partnered with Mattson to commercialize their recipe, optimize manufacturing during the COVID-19 pandemic, and develop four seasoning blends. The result is an 11 ounce bag of chips that saves 20 gallons of water without compromising on taste. Kazoo chips launched in Hy Vee, Market of Choice, Sprouts, Walmart, and Whole Foods.
