More Than Gourmet aimed to create a retail product to compete with popular brands like Swanson, Knorr, and Better Than Bouillon. Mattson identified the opportunity for a squeezable, all-natural, reduced-sodium broth concentrate with a six-month shelf life. They chose a condiment-style bottle for convenience and named the product Kitchen Accomplice. Mattson designed the brand identity and packaging, emphasizing ease of use. Kitchen Accomplice’s broth concentrate line launched in Q1 2014 and quickly gained national distribution.
