One Culture Foods, led by Hansen Shieh, sought to create a line of contemporary, all-natural “instant ramen” cups with authentic Asian flavors. Mattson formulated a line of instant noodle cups for the natural channel, featuring non-GMO bone broth concentrate, ready-to-heat noodles, and authentic seasonings. The result was the launch of 4 SKUs of Bone Broth Noodle Cups in late 2017, receiving recognition as one of the Top 5 Most Innovative Products at the 2017 Summer Fancy Food Show.
