Ripple Foods sought to develop a plant-based, non-dairy milk using pulses and proprietary protein processing technology. Mattson streamlined the development of four plant-based milk SKUs that matched or exceeded the nutritional qualities of dairy milk without compromising on flavor or texture. Ripple Foods launched the four SKUs in Whole Foods and Target in 2016, generating anticipation and buzz from the tech and food industries. Mattson continued to support Ripple Foods in developing and launching additional product lines, including creamers, superfood beverages, and ice cream.
